Master’s Degree from an accredited university that is in Hindi and English as an elective or compulsory discipline or medium of the exam at the degree level or
Master’s Degree awarded by an approved university with a degree in English that includes Hindi as an elective or compulsory topic or examination medium at the level of Degree; or
Master’s Degree from an accredited University in any other field that Hindi or English with Hindi medium as the primary subject and English as an obligatory or elective subject or the exam’s medium at the level of a degree; or Master’s Degree from an approved University in any other subject that Hindi or
Telangana State Council of Higher Education
English in combination with English medium and Hindi as an obligatory or elective subject, or as the examination medium at the degree level or
Master’s Degree awarded by an accredited University in any other subject that Hindi or English that includes Hindi or English as elective or compulsory subjects or any of them as an examination medium and the other subject as an elective or compulsory subject at the Degree and higher levels and
Recognized Diploma course or Certificate for translations of Hindi to English and vice versa, and two years” of working experience in translation in the translation field from Hindi into English or vice versa within a Central or State Government Office, including Government of India Undertaking.
